By Purchasing a puppy, buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Buyer agrees to provide care, time, and tenderness;
Care includes an appropriate diet, health care, inoculation, safe environment and containment, socialization, local dog tags, exercise program, grooming, and training;
Buyer understands that markings, colors, and size change with maturity;
Buyer agrees not to openly release their pet or deliver it to any animal shelter or humane society, but to contact the Seller and coordinate a safe return;
Buyers are not subject to breeding contract;
Buyers understand that spaying and neutering is highly recommended;
Buyers are not recommended to register their pets;
Seller can not guarantee show success or results;
Deposits are non-refundable. * See next clause.
* Seller makes no refunds, but will exchange a puppy in the case of genetic defect that is documented by certified medical professional within three (3) months of purchase;
Seller has no record or history of any genetic defect;
All medical and care costs are the responsibility of the Buyer;
Buyers agree not to abuse or neglect;
Buyers agree to train for legal purposes only;
Buyers understand it is their responsibility to check that wolf hybrids are legal in their home locale and conform to local and state laws and ordinances;
No puppy is available for sale to a puppy mill breeder or for like purpose;
Buyers will not hold Seller responsible for issues of transport with cargo;
Buyers will make timely pick up from the airport of their puppies;
Seller requests a photo of each puppy at six (6) and twelve (12) months;
Buyer understands innate risks of ownership and ownership responsibility;
Any legal expenses are the responsibility of the Buyer;
Puppies offered by other breeders may have other stipulations in addition to these;
Puppies are available at six (6) weeks of age are given first shot, wormer;
Shipping is an additional $475. This fee is subject to change;
Buyer understands that cars passing may stop for pictures and videos of their puppy, and that the veterinarian office may grind to a halt upon their arrival;
Buyer understands that Hybrids may be extra-large and howl;
